We collect: (a) account data (email, display name); (b) usage data (watch history, search history); (c) device data (IP, browser type, OS); (d) payment data (processed via Airwallex — we do not store full card numbers).

2. How We Use Data

Your data is used to: provide and improve the Service; personalise content recommendations; target ads (free users only); ensure security and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers including: Supabase (database), Airwallex (payments), Bunny.net (video delivery), Google Ad Manager (ads, free users only).

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your use and 3 years thereafter. Transaction records are retained for 7 years under HK tax regulations.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; withdraw consent for ad targeting; request data portability. Email privacy@spotmind-hk.com — we respond within 30 days.

6. Security

We protect your data using industry-standard encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. Note that no internet transmission is 100% secure.
