1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Spotreel ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Service is operated by SPOTMIND Limited (BR 71698046, Hong Kong) ("we" / "us"). If you disagree with any term, discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

Spotreel is a short-form drama streaming platform offering paid and free ad-supported content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. Account & Access

You must be 18 or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the current cycle ends. A 7-day cooling-off refund under HK consumer law applies to first-time subscriptions. Payments via Apple or Google are subject to their respective refund policies.

5. Content & IP

All content on the platform is protected by copyright. You are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to stream. Unauthorised downloading, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: (a) circumvent technical protection measures; (b) scrape content with automated tools; (c) share your account with multiple non-cohabitating users; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (e) post infringing, hateful, or defamatory content.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account for breach of these Terms without refund. You may delete your account at any time; prepaid subscription fees are non-refundable outside the 7-day cooling-off window.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is capped at the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months preceding your claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong.
